  26. applicable law.  Except when otherwise stated in writing, the LaTeX3
  27. project provides the program `as is' without warranty of any kind,
  28. either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the
  29. implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
  30. purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the
  31. program is with you.  Should the program prove defective, you assume
  32. the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

  34. In no event unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing
  35. will the LaTeX3 project, or any of the individual authors named above,
  36. be liable to you for damages, including any general, special,
  37. incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or
  38. inability to use the program (including but not limited to loss of
  39. data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or
  40. third parties or a failure of the program to operate with any other
  41. programs), even if such holder or other party has been advised of the
  42. possibility of such damages.

  47. these files except for a nominal charge for copying, etc.
